Set a Tabata clock for 5 rounds of 1 min. work cycle, 10 sec. rest cycle
The 10 sec rest cycle will be for transition between stations. Everyone will start at a different station and work their way through, but everyone will rest at the same time. The workout will last a total of 29 minutes including the rest periods.
5 sets of 10 reps bent-over rows with dumbbells. go as heavy as you can pull for 10 reps.
Purposely put after the conditioning, instead of before like usual.
