This is event 1 at the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG). I will be doing this one Monday afternoon, and I wanted to share it with all of you. Technically you should be doing this in a 20lb vest, but we don't have them laying around so no worries.
*100 singles if you don't have double-unders.
Max rounds in 8 minutes
3x Clean & jerk (185#/135#)
10x Ball slams (as heavy as you can)
This workout is going to have a bit of cardio work to it if you push. 185 is a pretty heavy clean and jerk, so good overall strength work there. 10 Slam balls will tax your core and shoulders a bit so this is a good solid all-body workout.
