Men 100#ish / Women 70#ish
100 Sandbag Squats (front rack)
80 Sandbag Pushups (must hand to your partner, not left on ground)
60 Sandbag Lunges (back rack)
40 Sandbag Shoulder-2-Overhead
20 40-Meter Sprints (carrying the bag)
10 Sandbag Burpees (perform burpee with hands on the bag, up position is bag in front rack)
*Reps may be split any way you wish.
**Except for the pushups, the bag may never touch the ground. If the bag goes to ground, 10 burpees each to pick it back up.
***During pushups, you do your reps with your hands on the bag. When you swap with your partner, you must pick the bag up to the front rack position, and hand it to your partner before they can take it to the ground and perform their reps.
****If you do this by yourself, cut everything in half, but you get no rest. YOU'RE WELCOME.
