Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.
Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb. dumbbells
*Dumbells are carried in the front rack position, so they can rest on your shoulders. Put marks down every 5 feet; every 5 foot line you pass is a rep. Watch the video below for instructions.
