*For both versions, choose a weight for shoulder press that is a challenge for you to press the required number of times. Same for the weighted pullups. For the elevated ring rows, the lower the rings, the more difficult it will be, challenge yourself. I will be conducting DT class at NW-ALETA for the rest of the week. Someone please email me a picture of the results board after the workout each day.
