50 Snatches (Squat, Power or combination, your choice)
Rx=135lbs, S1=115lbs, S2=95lbs
-Rest 5 minutes, then-
50 Ab-mat Sit-ups
-Rest 2 minutes, then-
75 Double-unders or 225 singles
*Score = total time minus the 7 minutes rest*
YOUR rest time starts when YOU finish the movement. Everyone will NOT move at the same speed. When you finish your 50th snatch, check the clock and your situps will start 5 minutes after you finish. Same with the Double-unders.
