Front-rack Squat: 1-1-1-1-1
Back-rack Squat: 1-1-1-1-1
After some light warm-up sets, begin the one-rep rounds as heavy as you can reasonably go.
Buyout: 100 double-unders (3 to 1 singles)
20 Overhead Squats @ 95lbs
25 Front-rack Squats @ 135lbs
30 Back Squats @ 185lbs
Buyout: 100 double-unders (300 singles)
5x3 Overhead Squats

3 sets of max rep bench press (135/95, 115/75, 95/55)
