Pos. 2: From the low hang
Pos. 3: From the ground
Part-2: Squat
10-20-30 rep Back Squat
Choose a weight you think you can do 10 times unbroken and go. On the next set, lower the weight to what you think you can do 20 times unbroken. Then, do the same for the 30-rep set.
**Everyone should be pretty swanked after this.**
