15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 Minute Time Cap

***Snatches must alternate between arms each rep. Burpee must be done facing the box, then jump up and over the box. You do NOT have to come to full hip extension on top of the box.
